Will I get the same personalized service that I have come to expect at Island Park Village?

How do I know if I should deposit and/or exchange my week with TPI, II, or RCI?

As a guideline, TPI specializes in exchanges with Hawaii, the Western U.S., and Mexico. RCI & II do exchanges worldwide.

Where do I start if I want to spacebank my week?

You must first contact your TPI reservationist and request that your week be deposited. Please send a written request to TPI by mail, fax, or email designating the use year to be given to the exchange company. At your request, TPI can credit the assigned week directly into your account. They can deposit your week with TPI, RCI or II.

How far in advance can I reserve a use week?

You may reserve a use week up to 12 months in advance.

Will I be required to pay the maintenance fee on my interval to reserve a week or do an exchange?

Yes. When requesting a reservation for the following year, the maintenance fee for that year must be paid in full and will be based on the current year maintenance fee.

Why Trading Places International (TPI)?

Trading Places is a professional timeshare and resort management company located in Laguna Niguel, California. With resorts all over the western United States and Mexico, TPI will assist resort employees and Board of Directors in providing quality services of every type needed by the resort.

Day-to-day management of the resort.

The day-to-day operation of the resort is under the direction of Richard Zimmerman, the Resort General Manager. TPI supports Rich in every way, through frequent on-site visits and constant telephone communications. Rich directs the purchases needed to support the resort and TPI makes the payments. TPI produces the monthly financial resorts and assists the board and Rich in the management of its funds. Rich has an excellent group of employees that assist him.
